Job summary

Nextline Holdings Limited t/a Lin Kee in Dublin are seeking a full time Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and cook authentic Asian dishes, develop recipes, supervise staff, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and portion control.

We require at least 2 years of culinary experience, strong Asian cooking knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a fixed-term contract for 2 years with a competitive annual salary of €36,605.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role.
• Strong knowledge of Asian cooking techniques, ingredients and flavors.
• Detail-oriented with a creative approach to cooking.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen.
