Multilane Ltd T/A The Martello Hotel in Bray, Co. Wicklow, is seeking a Commis Chef with at least 2 years of experience to join the award-winning restaurant. The role requires hardworking individuals capable of delivering high quality cuisine for department and internal standards.

Salary is €36,605 per year for a 39-hour week, with full-time hours. Applicants must be eligible to work in Ireland and have experience in fast-paced hotel kitchen environments.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years’ experience in preparing & cooking quality cuisine.
• Hardworking & capable of producing high quality foods to standard.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook meals for the hotel restaurant to meet quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and kitchen organization in line with hotel policies.

Must be hardworking & capable of producing high quality foods for both department & internal standards. Salary €36,605 pa, 39 hours p/w.
