Job summary

BnM seeks a Commercial Solicitor to provide practical, solutions-focused legal support across renewable energy, infrastructure and strategic development activities in Ireland. The role supports major capital projects, commercial transactions and operational business activities through timely legal advice, contract negotiation, risk management and governance support.

Qualifications

Qualified Solicitor or Barrister eligible to practice in Ireland.
Four years post-qualification experience, preferably in energy or large infrastructure.
Experience drafting and negotiating construction contracts (FIDIC, Public Works).
Strong governance, procurement and contract management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Support delivery of strategic renewable energy, infrastructure, development and corporate projects.
Provide commercially focused legal advice on transactions, project finance and operations.
Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of agreements including construction and procurement.
Advise on governance matters, board approvals and delegated authorities.
Manage external advisers and coordinate with project teams for timely delivery.
Identify, assess and manage legal/commercial risks across projects and activities.
