Responsibilities

• Advise clients on commercial real estate transactions and property matters.

• Advise landlords, tenants and asset managers on leasing, property management arrangements, variations, renewals and compliance.
• Work on property development, real estate finance, distressed assets, public sector mandates and cross border transactions.
