Qualifications

• APA or CIP qualified.
• Bonus paid as % of salary; 21% minimum OTE.
• APA: 33k EUR (39,930 OTE minimum).
• CIP: 35k EUR (42,350 OTE minimum).

Responsibilities

• Act as broker for commercial clients, advising on motor insurance products.
• Convert inbound and outbound leads into active commercial insurance clients (leads provided).
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, including retention and premium income.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Provide professional and responsive customer service via phone and email, with occasional face-to-face meetings in the office as required.
• Maintain compliance and accurate records; stay updated on industry developments.
