Job summary

Tandem Diabetes Care Europe B.V. is seeking an experienced senior leader to head the Ireland clinical and commercial team. You will act as the primary HSE contact, drive revenue growth, forecast market share, and lead business planning across Ireland.

You will develop new business opportunities, strengthen renewals, and build relationships with HSE, clinicians and key stakeholders while partnering with marketing on launches. 5+ years in leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading teams in healthcare, medical devices, or pharma.
• Strong knowledge of the Irish healthcare system and HSE.
• Proven revenue growth and stakeholder management experience.
• Degree or equivalent preferred.
