Job summary

Tandem Diabetes Care, Inc. seeks a dynamic leader to head the Ireland clinical and commercial team. You will act as the HSE Contract Manager and main contact, steering revenue growth, forecasting, and market share strategy while developing new business and renewals.

You will build critical relationships with HSE, clinicians, stakeholders, and thought leaders. Collaborating with marketing, you will support growth initiatives, guide KPI-driven performance, and ensure compliance with regulations

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading teams in healthcare, devices, or pharma.
• Strong knowledge of the Irish healthcare system and HSE.
• Proven revenue growth and stakeholder management experience.
• Degree or equivalent preferred.
