Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in commercial management of major infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing project costs, forecasting, and change control processes.
• Ability to interpret and administer complex contractual arrangements.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary project environments.
• Professional membership (e.g., RICS, CIOB, ICE, or equivalent) is advantageous but not required.
• HSE training or site safety certifications are beneficial but can be obtained after discussion with the employer.

Responsibilities

• Assess compensation events, variations, claims, and contractual entitlements.

• Contribute to project governance, reporting, and lessons learned activities.
• Support final account agreement and project close-out processes.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Manager (f/m/d) to support our projects in Dublin, Ireland, with their expertise. Your responsibilities:
