Job summary

Our Client is a mid-sized, growing law firm based in Dublin City Centre. They require commercial litigation associates with 2-3+ years' PQE to fill roles across the department.

The roles involve managing litigation caseloads, advising on case law and ADR options, and working closely with Partners across various matters. A track record on large-scale cases and openness to business development are valued.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years PQE in Commercial Litigation.
• Track record of working on large scale cases.
• Open to business / client development opportunities.
• Experience in a mid sized firm would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing litigation caseload in all courts, drafting pleadings, liaising with counsel, and managing case files to conclusion.
• Working on a varied caseload including cross-border and shareholder disputes, white collar crime, and aviation insurance cases.
• Working with Partners across a range of litigation matters.
• Advising clients on relevant case law and legislation; client-facing roles.
• Advising clients on ADR options, and participating in mediations and arbitrations.
• Advising clients on how to resolve disputes effectively.
• Networking and Business Development duties.

Our Client is a mid - sized, but growing law firm based in Dublin City Centre. Due to expansion, they require commercial litigation associates with 2-3+ years' experience to fill roles across the dept.

Salary: to €85k

Benefits: Pension, Bonus, Annual Reviews, Healthcare Contribution, WFH, and more

Total Package: up to €100k

Duties:

• Managing litigation caseload in all courts to include drafting pleadings, liaising with counsel (where applicable) and management of case files to conclusion.
• Working on a varied caseload to include, cross border and shareholder disputes, white collar crime, aviation insurance cases amongst others
• Working with with Partners across a range of litigation matters
• Advising clients on relevant case law and legislation. These roles are client facing roles.
• Advising clients on ADR options, and participating in mediations and arbitrations.
• Advising clients on how to resolve disputes effectively.
• Networking and Business Development duties.

The Candidate:
