Job summary

Morgan McKinley is recruiting for a premier Irish law firm’s Litigation & Regulatory practice to hire a junior litigation associate (1-3 pqe). The role offers exposure to high-stakes, nationally significant Irish and EU legal matters.

You will work on High Court disputes, regulatory matters, and advisory work under mentorship from leading partners, with clear career progression in a market-leading team.

Qualifications

• Solicitor with 1-3 years' pqe in Commercial Dispute Resolution and/or Regulatory Law.
• Trained/experienced at a top-tier Irish or international law firm.
• Excellent academic record, strong research and drafting ability, and sharp commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage High Court (Commercial List) disputes, superior court cases, and ADR.
• Advise on statutory investigations, enforcement, judicial reviews, and EU compliance.
