Job summary

Gallagher Ireland is seeking a Commercial Operations Executive to support the Commercial Insurance Team in Ireland. You’ll help keep administration and operations running smoothly, with work that supports clients, insurers and colleagues every day.

Commercial insurance experience is not essential, as full training and support will be provided. This role suits someone who is service minded, organised, a problem solver and comfortable working as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Service minded, organised and a problem solver.
• Able to manage workload and multi-task.
• Comfortable learning new systems and insurance terminology.
• APA qualification would be an advantage.
• Commercial insurance experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Commercial Insurance Team to keep work moving accurately and on time.
• Handle policy administration and prepare client and insurer documentation.
• Manage worklists, trackers, diary tasks and batch processing.
• Support the renewal process and issue policy documents and certificates.
• Assist with invoices, finance queries and claims experience requests, and keep records up to date.
