Job summary

Gallagher Ireland is seeking a Commercial Operations Executive to support the Commercial Insurance Team. You’ll help keep administration and operations running smoothly, servicing clients, insurers and colleagues daily.

Full training and support will be provided, and the role suits someone who is service-minded, organised and a good problem solver within a team. The EVP emphasises innovative thinking, integrity and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance is helpful; APA qualification would be an advantage.
• Willingness to complete training and ongoing learning.
• Commercial insurance experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Commercial Insurance Team.
• Handle policy administration, document preparation and renewal support.
• Manage worklists, trackers, diary tasks and batch processing.
• Assist with invoices, finance queries and claims experience requests.
• Maintain accurate records and day-to-day support to the wider team.
