Job summary

Gallagher Ireland is seeking a Commercial Operations Executive to support the Commercial Insurance Team in Ireland. The role focuses on administrative and operational tasks to keep client and insurer work moving smoothly and on time.

Training will be provided; prior insurance experience is not essential, but an APA qualification would be an advantage. You will join a collaborative team with a client-centric culture and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Commercial Insurance Team.
• Handle policy administration and client/insurer documentation.
• Manage worklists, trackers, diary tasks and batch processing.
• Support the pre-renewal process and issue policy documents.
• Help with invoices, finance queries and claims experience requests.
• Keep records accurate and provide day to day operational support to the wider team.
