Responsibilities

• Provide practical administrative and operational support to the Commercial Insurance Team.
• Assist with policy administration, document preparation, and renewal support.
• Manage worklists, trackers, diary tasks and batch processing.
• Assist with invoices, finance queries and claims experience requests.
• Maintain accurate records and provide day-to-day operational support.
