Job summary

Campion Insurance, based in Dublin on the Naas Road, is seeking a capable sales support professional to assist a busy commercial team. You will help with new business and renewals, maintain client records, and work within our CRM system.

You will contribute to service improvements and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering excellent customer service to our valued clients. This role offers opportunities for development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• APA Commercial, CIP, or ACII qualification required or in progress.
• Minimum 2 years commercial/customer service insurance experience.
• Experience with motor policies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support and administration to new customers.
• Process and oversee new business and renewals.
• Update policy and client information in the internal CRM.
• Contribute to service improvements and regulatory compliance.
• Handle customer correspondence and queries regularly.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in all duties.
