Job summary

PPG is seeking a Commercial Excellence Analyst to empower the Coatings Services commercial team with data-driven insights. The role focuses on reporting, dashboards, voice of the customer, and CRM support to boost sales productivity and profitability.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Leadership to translate data into strategic actions and drive better decision-making across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2+ years in commercial analytics, sales ops, BI, or related.
• Experience building dashboards and presenting data to business audiences.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for decision-making.
• Experience with CRM tools and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain commercial reporting, dashboards, and BI tools for pipeline, revenue, profitability, forecasting, and KPIs.
• Lead Voice of Customer programs and customer insight activities to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Support commercial operations with CRM data quality, inquiries, and regular business reviews.
• Analyze data to support pricing, sales operations, and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert data into actionable insights and improve commercial effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes and data governance.
