Job summary

Aerogen in Galway is seeking a Global Senior Commercial Analyst to lead data analytics, storytelling and tools for the global commercial team. You will work across data sources to deliver actionable insights and drive efficiency.

You will develop reports and dashboards, support leadership and sellers, and partner with Sr. Systems Analyst and admin to connect data to PULSE. The role requires SQL, Excel, Tableau, Salesforce experience and a data-driven mindset. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree and strong analytical problem solving required.
• Ability to present ideas clearly.
• Experience with SQL and data analytics (2–3 years).
• Strong Excel skills with complex formulas; VBA desirable.
• Experience with PowerPoint and BI tools (Tableau preferred).
• CRM experience (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Provide visibility of global business performance.
• Extract data to build insights for Strat Plan, QBRs, and dashboards.
• Ensure timely reports to support decision making.
• Collaborate to maintain data quality and cross-functional alignment.
• Own reporting delivery, timing, and accuracy.
• Prepare content for management meetings and board reviews.
• Develop scalable reports and dashboards with quick data access.
• Advance CRM/data visualization tools and integrate with PULSE.
• Promote self-service analytics and continuous process improvement.
• Support GTM initiatives with data-driven insights.
