Job summary

RECRUITERS is seeking a commercially minded Commercial / Financial Accountant to join a growing international healthcare business. You will work in the Supply Chain Finance team, blending hands-on financial reporting with commercial analysis and stakeholder collaboration.

The role focuses on month-end reporting, P&L review, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting budgeting and internal controls in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with 2–3 years' relevant experience.
• Industry experience is essential, healthcare/pharma/supply chain or similar commercial environment.
• Experience with balance sheet reconciliations and month-end reporting.
• Commercial awareness with grasp of gross margin, sales and financial performance.
• Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Proactive in process improvement and internal controls.
