The Clerical Officer in An Coimisiún’s Codes and Rules team provides administrative and operational support to the team, contributing to the effective and efficient delivery of its work programme. The role involves maintaining accurate records and documentation, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, managing data and responding to queries from internal and external stakeholders.
The Clerical Officer plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day functioning of the Codes and Rules team, contributing to the effective administration of work that supports the development, implementation and maintenance of media standards and An Coimisiún’s wider public interest objectives.
The Codes and Rules Team is the lead team in AnCoimisiúnfor the development of regulatory interventions through codes, rules, and guidance. Its defined functions under the organisational workforce plan are to:
The team works on a range of initiatives, including in collaboration with other teams within the Media Landscape division and within AnCoimisiúnmore generally.

Eligible Candidates must be:
(a) A citizen of the European Economic Area (EEA). The EEA consists of the Member States of the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway;or
