Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Studio Lead for their Co-Creation Studio in Dublin. In this role, you will facilitate client sessions, leveraging AI to create prototypes in real time. The position demands strong facilitation skills, with responsibilities spanning from client discovery calls to delivering comprehensive artefacts post-session.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilitation, innovation, product, or service design.
• Ability to facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Applied experience with Design Thinking methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to build prototypes live using tools.
• Excellent written communication for client materials.
• Dublin-based and able to act as the Studio’s contact.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client discovery calls to understand challenges.
• Design session materials and facilitate co-creation sessions.
• Synthesize session outputs into client-facing artefacts.
• Ensure continuity across multi-session engagements.
