Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of graphic design principles and production of high-quality assets.
• Experience leading a team of designers and mentoring staff.
• Ability to develop original concepts that reflect brand positioning.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and KPIs to inform design decisions.
• Ability to align design activities with business and product goals.
• Experience in design reviews, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining quality.
• Strong workflow planning and project management skills in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to document and improve design workflows and standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across teams.
• Experience using AI-powered tools to streamline design workflows.
• Experience in iGaming is a plus, UX/UI fundamentals and user psychology knowledge are advantageous.
