Leadout Capital in Dublin seeks an experienced Art Director to translate complex business ideas into bold, on-brand visuals. You will lead multi-channel campaigns, shape concepts with cross-functional teams, and drive craft with a hands-on approach.

You will leverage generative AI tools to accelerate concepting while upholding originality and brand standards, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and production partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of art direction or related creative experience.
• Ability to translate complex product stories into human visual narratives.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, and able to present to stakeholders.
• Experience using generative AI in concepting while maintaining originality and brand craft.

Responsabilités

• Develop original creative concepts and visual narratives across campaigns, events, film, digital, and brand touchpoints.
• Partner with copywriters, strategists, and the Flex Creative Associate Creative Director (ACD) to shape ideas from early concept through final execution, building mood boards, storyboards, and design systems that communicate the creative vision.
• Guide designers, animators, agencies, and production vendors to ensure final work meets the approved concept and a high bar of craft, while presenting concepts and rationale confidently to senior stakeholders.
• Use generative AI and emerging creative technologies to accelerate concepting, visual exploration, and production, applying strong judgment so every output stays original, inclusive, and on-brand.
