Job summary

Natus Sensory Inc. in Gort, Co. Galway is seeking a Production Operative to join our manufacturing team in a modern healthcare technology environment.

You will operate CNC and automated equipment, assemble products, and perform routine checks to support high-quality medical technology production. The role requires a minimum of 6 months’ CNC/automation experience, basic maintenance skills, and the ability to work a rotating day/night schedule while lifting up to 11 kg.

Qualifications

• 6 months' experience operating CNC or automated manufacturing equipment.
• Basic machine maintenance and adjustments.
• Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Willing to work rotating day and night shift; ability to lift up to 11 kg.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and automated machinery to manufacture components and finished products.
• Complete production, assembly, packaging and material-handling tasks per procedures.
• Perform routine machine checks, basic maintenance and adjustments.
• Follow quality, safety and documentation requirements to meet standards.
• Troubleshoot routine production issues and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues across production and support functions.
• Contribute to a team-focused environment emphasizing quality and patient care.
