Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills, lathes, routers, or similar equipment, in line with production schedules.
• Load materials and ensure the correct tooling and machine parameters are in place prior to operation.
• Read and accurately interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished components to ensure they meet required quality standards and specifications.
• Carry out routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure full traceability of manufactured components.
• Work closely with supervisors and production teams to meet daily output targets.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
