Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Cluster Facilities Manager to lead maintenance across two properties. Reporting to the General Manager, you will supervise trades, manage contractors, safeguard health and safety, and drive energy efficiency and cost-effective refurbishment projects.

You will establish SOPs for duty managers, train the team, liaise with accounts on budgets, and promote from within as part of a strong development culture with the Dalata Academy.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and risk mitigation.
• Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide general maintenance support.
• Oversee contractors to ensure standards and timely completion.
• Source suppliers, renegotiate contracts and manage budgets.
• Establish SOPs for duty managers and provide training.
• Monitor energy use and drive cost-efficient projects.
• Project manage refurbishment/capital expenditure with safety in mind.
• Model professional conduct and lead by example.
