Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician to manage daily hotel upkeep, including painting, plumbing, tiling, and carpentry. You will work with contractors and internal teams to ensure high professional standards and safety compliance.

Competenze

• Experience in maintenance tasks across trades such as tiling, plumbing, carpentry.
• Safe Pass certification is advantageous.
• Trade qualifications in painting, plumbing or construction desirable.
• Ability to work independently with attention to safety standards.

Mansioni

• Proactively manage daily workload for painting, decorating, and grounds maintenance.
• Carry out maintenance tasks including tiling, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Investigate and resolve process or equipment issues.
• Keep maintenance procedures up to date and compliant.
• Ensure repairs are carried out promptly and safely.
• Assist plumbers and electricians in rectifying defects.
• Coordinate with contractors working in the hotel.
• Participate in routine maintenance and refurbishment of hotel facilities.
• Interact with all hotel departments and uphold safety standards.
• Coordinate delivery of Maintenance Management support services.
