Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance tasks across hotel facilities. You will be involved in painting, decorating, plumbing and electrical support, while ensuring safety and high standards.

Training is provided through the Dalata Academy, and there are opportunities for internal advancement. The role emphasizes proactive workload management, collaboration with departments, and supervision of contractors to keep hotels well-maintained and

Mansioni

• Proactively manage daily workload, ensuring effective use of resources including painting, decorating and grounds maintenance.
• Carry out maintenance tasks including preventative maintenance in tiling, plumbing and carpentry.
• Investigate and resolve process/equipment/instrumentation/control system issues.
• Ensure all maintenance procedures are kept up to date and repairs are carried out promptly.
• Assist plumbers and electricians in rectifying defects or malfunctions in hotel systems.
• Coordinate and provide direction to contractors working in the hotel.
• Support routine maintenance and refurbishment of hotel facilities and services.
