Test Triangle Limited in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a Cloud Services Administrator. The role is hybrid with at least one onsite day per week (Thursday preferred).

Initial 12-month contract with potential extensions up to 3 years, starting early Jan 2027. The candidate will manage Azure cloud environments, ensure security and alignment with Irish government guidance, and coordinate with external ICT providers.

Formación

• At least seven years of experience as an Azure Technical Consultant in Microsoft cloud ecosystems.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration including Office 365, Exchange Online, Azure Entra ID, and Intune Endpoint Management.
• Experience working with public/civil service ICT teams.

Job Description

Organisation Overview

The organisationsupports six independent statutory bodies that share centralised CorporateServices, including ICT support.

Its IT environment isbuilt around a Microsoft Azure cloud ecosystem, supporting key applicationssuch as Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online and bespoke business applications. Theenvironment leverages Microsoft 365 security services, including Defender forOffice 365, Defender for Cloud and Defender for Endpoint.

The organisation isseeking Cloud Services Administrator to support the ongoing development,management and security of its Azure environment. Responsibilities includeoptimising existing cloud infrastructure, implementing best-practicearchitecture, strengthening security controls and ensuring alignment with NIS2,Irish NCSC guidance and public sector cybersecurity requirements.

The scope covers theorganisation's Azure cloud environment, with coordination required withexternal ICT providers where cross-tenant integrations or dependencies arise.

Nature of Services Required

The Office seeks experienced Cloud ServicesAdministrator resources, with previous public/civil service experience andexperience in engaging with OGCIO support interaction / integrations.

The Cloud Services Administrator will assist theOffice through services not limited to:

• Implementing, maintaining, supporting, developing and in some cases,designing environments which involve Azure cloud-based service components,including public, private government-cloud and hybrid.
• Providing experienced skillsets in Azure cloud services deployment,security, encryption, identity & authentication, traffic analysis andrelated techniques.
• Working with Azure Entra ID / Active Directory integration and Azure SQLServer, or equivalent.
• Maintaining integrity of high availability network infrastructures andinteroperability with cloud platforms so performance is consistent for allusers.
• Confidently communicating with stakeholder teams as required to detail,analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Architecting and implementing Cloud solutions for BI requirements,release management and scripting (Bash based on solutions).

Key Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements (Mandatory)

• Proposed resources must have:
• at minimum of seven (7) years’ experience as aqualified Azure Technical Consultant in Microsoft technologies, providing clearevidence of supporting similar scale Microsoft cloud ecosystems
• skillsets in Microsoft 365 administration, includingOffice 365, Exchange Online, Azure Entra ID, and Intune Endpoint Management.
• Experience of working in conjunction with and/or aspartof public/civil service ICT teams.

Qualifications

• It is a mandatory requirement, that the Resourceproposed hold the following qualifications or equivalents:
• Certified Computer Science or associated technologyqualification
• Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance &Identity Fundamentals (SC-900), or more recent equivalent
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900), ormore recent equivalent

Language Requirements

• Fluent English language skills (C2 Proficient)

Requirements

• Design, deploy, maintain and support of Hybrid Infrastructure estateacross Azure Cloud, Office 365 and OGCIO-BTS federated services.
• Configuration and management of core component Azure IaaS/SaaS servicesand maintain these across the cloud ecosystem.
• Maintains cloud ecosystems services, with key contribution to SOPdevelopment for internal ICT Support services team.
• Ensure ICT ecosystem and environment aligned with OMB-ICT and OGCIO-BTSsecurity strategies and policies.
• Clear in communication, customer facing roles.
• Experience in managing Microsoft Azure ecosystem technologies andco-ordination in cloud-native implementation / migration projects.
