Job summary

DocuSign is expanding its internal security engineering team to own reliability and automation across its enterprise security tooling. The Security Site Reliability Engineer will build infrastructure-as-code, drive automation, and raise the operational maturity of the security platform portfolio including SIEM/SOAR, EDR/NDR/XDR, SAST/DAST, CNAPP/CSPM.

This individual contributor role reports to the Director of Identity Security and Security Solutions Engineering, with a hybrid in-office/remote

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or security engineering.
• 1+ years leading a production platform as a senior or lead engineer
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience with Microsoft Sentinel and Azure Monitor/Log Analytics
• Experience with Terraform (modules, state, multi-environment)
• Experience building automated release pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions)
• Experience with Python development and incident response processes

Responsibilities

• Build and manage underlying infrastructure, monitoring, telemetry, and compute environments.
• Drive IaC strategy for Microsoft Sentinel, including ingestion pipelines and cost optimization.
• Develop reusable Terraform and Bicep/ARM modules deployed via CI/CD pipelines.
• Support cross-functional orchestration connecting ITSM, messaging, and SIEM/SOAR platforms.
• Support automated, on-demand security sandboxes for adversary simulation testing.
• Establish infra and monitoring for AI-driven tool validation before production rollout.
• Contribute to an internal developer portal with vulnerability metrics and automated fixes.
• Automate evidence gathering for regulatory compliance and security frameworks
