Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer II for Cloud in Dublin (hybrid). You will design and deliver large-scale backend services that power the Kestrel UI foundation, collaborating with multiple teams to unify data and improve security operations at scale.

The role requires strong distributed systems knowledge, experience with Go and Python, and a passion for production-grade software with testing, CI/CD, and on-call responsibilities. Dublin hybrid office expected 2–3 days/week.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in algorithms and distributed systems.
• Experience building and operating large-scale distributed services.
• Strong understanding of engineering best practices and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, document, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale services.
• Triage issues and debug with impact on service operations.
• Mentor other engineers on web and backend skills and practices.
• Improve architecture, testing coverage, observability and stability.
• Collaborate with product teams and participate in on-call responsibilities.
