Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is assisting in hiring a Plant Manager (Clinical Waste) to lead a dedicated clinical waste treatment facility in Ireland. The role focuses on safe, compliant and efficient site operations, with accountability for plant performance and regulatory adherence.

You will manage maintenance programs, oversee contractors, monitor KPIs and budgets, and drive environmental sustainability initiatives while coordinating with regulators and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility management within a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to lead site operations and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of EH&S and regulatory compliance.
