Sigmar Recruitment in Ireland is seeking an experienced Facilities Engineering Lead to oversee day-to-day coordination of critical engineering systems supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.

You will lead Shift Engineers and service providers, manage critical utilities (WFI, clean steam, HVAC, UPS and generators), drive GMP compliance, and ensure continuous operation of cleanroom environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pharma manufacturing or life sciences facilities.
• Strong GMP/regulatory knowledge in regulated environments.
• Experience with WFI, clean steam, clean utilities, HVAC and process cooling.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate Shift Engineers, technicians and service providers.
• Oversee critical utilities including WFI, clean steam, compressed air, nitrogen, UPS systems, emergency generators and process cooling.
• Ensure reliable operation of cleanroom HVAC systems, environmental controls and manufacturing areas.
• Drive preventive and reactive maintenance to GMP and SLA standards.
• Coordinate permits, validation activities and engineering works within controlled areas.
• Maintain effective shift handovers and engineering coverage for critical operations.
• Support GMP documentation, change control, validation, audits and inspections.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality and external providers.
