Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Clinical Python Developer to transform complex clinical data into actionable insights using a modern tech stack and data pipeline. You will drive data-driven decision making across clinical trials and contribute to visualization solutions.

You will work in a sponsor-dedicated model, collaborate with diverse teams, and help deliver reports, data transformations, and dashboards while navigating regulated clinical trial environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience as a Python Programmer / Visualisation Developer / Business Analyst in data warehouse pipelines.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python (and relevant libraries/packages) for data transformations and manipulations (Pandas, PySpark).
• Exposure to CDISC data structures within a regulated clinical trial environment; mapping experience and domain knowledge preferred.
• Solid development skills with Tibco Spotfire or equivalent tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
• Databricks experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver within a continuous improvement framework for systems deployment, life cycle management and enhancements for user groups.
• Contribute to faster, more effective report development and analytics platform change management services.
• Apply technical expertise with clinical data and report building across diverse business processes and system infrastructures.
• Collaborate in a matrix environment across functions and departments.
