Job summary

Isla Health | B Corp™ is seeking a Technical Solutions Specialist to translate clinical requirements into Isla's digital pathways. This remote-first, full-time role is based in Ireland with travel to London a few times a year.

You will configure standard and bespoke integrations, map data, and work with client delivery, product, and engineering teams to turn clinical workflows into practical digital solutions using our node infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring or implementing software solutions against client or business requirements.
• Confidence working with structured data, APIs, integrations and workflow or automation tools.
• Experience translating requirements into a working technical configuration or solution.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and curiosity about how systems work.
• Confidence working directly with clients and asking detailed technical and operational questions.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and configure standard and bespoke integrations that bring client data into Isla's platform.
• Liaise with clients to scope integration requirements and translate systems/data into a technical plan.
• Map and transform incoming data to power Isla's digital pathways while preserving clinical logic.
• Own the integration lifecycle end-to-end: discovery, testing, go-live, and handover; provide ongoing support.
