Job summary
InterSystems in Ireland seeks a Clinical Application Specialist to apply healthcare and InterSystems product knowledge to contract and implement standard solutions. The role involves becoming an expert Nursing/Doctor/Midwife resource for customers and advising on process improvements while minimizing bespoke work.
The position requires travel to customer sites (up to 5 days away from home) and collaboration with multiple business areas.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience training customers and conducting workshops.
- Experience interacting with clinicians and healthcare staff.
- Minimum 3 years in healthcare and understanding clinical processes.
- Experience with EMR/HIS systems.
- Ability to document requirements and design specifications.
Responsibilities
- Review proposals and identify gaps in functionality with customers.
- Analyse customer processes and map to InterSystems solutions.
- Prepare solution presentations and workshops with clients.
- Set up customer site configurations and validation scripts.
- Validate configurations, migrate data, and log issues.
- Provide on-site go-live support and training.
- Collaborate with product teams to implement changes.
- Disseminate knowledge and document handover materials.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TrakCare product releases.
