Ethos Care Group at Tolka Valley Nursing Home in Finglas is seeking a caring Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to lead a new nursing team from day one.

You will drive high-quality, resident-centred care, ensure HIQA compliance, mentor staff, and work with the PIC and APIC. Competitive pay, fortnightly cycle, meals on duty, uniform and parking provided.

Qualificações

• Registered Nurse with active NMBI registration.
• Minimum 6 years' post-registration experience.
• Management experience in a nursing home setting.
• Strong clinical, leadership and communication skills.
