Job summary

Ethos Care Group in Clonmel is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM1) to lead the day-to-day care and operations of our nursing home. You will oversee staff, ensure high standards of care, and drive regulatory compliance in a person-centred environment.

The role requires leadership experience in a clinical setting, and you will collaborate closely with the PIC/CNM2 to maintain quality, supervise rosters, and lead governance activities.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with active NMBI PIN.
Experience with leadership exposure in a clinical setting.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Committed to high standards of care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Support PIC/CNM2 in managing operations and resident care.
Supervise staff, manage rosters, and support development.
Lead audits, quality improvement, and governance processes.
Promote person-centred care and safeguard residents.
Act as PIC when required.
