Job summary

Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with our client, is recruiting experienced CNMs for full-time roles across Ireland, including Galway, Roscommon, Offaly and Cork.

The CNM will ensure high standards of nursing and care, supervise staff, manage medications, and lead HIQA compliance, while supporting residents and families.

Candidates should hold a BSc in General Nursing with NMBI registration and demonstrate strong leadership and teamwork.

Qualifications

• BSc in General Nursing or equivalent.
• NMBI live registration is mandatory.
• Full rights to work in Ireland – no sponsorship.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and work on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of high standards of nursing and social care for residents.
• Oversee medication management and safety.
• Supervise and train staff.
• Audit HIQA compliance and inspections.
• Review admissions with appropriate care planning and evaluation.
• Be a point of contact for residents, families and visitors.
• Address complaints promptly and effectively.
• Assist Director of Nursing when covering annual leave.
