Cpl Healthcare is recruiting a CNM2 (Clinical Nurse Manager 2) for a leading nursing home in Co. Galway. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality care in a positive environment.

You will lead a collaborative team, oversee clinical operations, and maintain active NMBI registration while developing staff through mentorship and governance. The role offers a competitive salary, Sunday premium, and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (active registration essential)
• Relevant nursing degree (Level 7/8)
• Postgraduate qualification in management
• Minimum 3–5 years post-registration nursing experience
• Experience working in older persons care / nursing home setting
• Previous management or supervisory experience (e.g. CNM1 or acting CNM)
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage clinical operations
