• Registered on the NMBI live register.
• Previous managerial training or experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care.
• Ensure Care Centre policies and best clinical practices are followed.
• Review residents' conditions and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Supervise medication administration and liaise with GPs and pharmacies.
• Conduct performance appraisals and promote compassionate care.
• Identify training needs and deliver in-house training.
• Oversee audits of medication, hygiene, safety, and documentation.
• Act as main point of contact for residents and families.
• Assist the Director of Nursing with daily operations and staff rosters.
