RecruitNet International Ltd is recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager for one of the leading Nursing Homes in Co Cork. This role requires EU/EEA citizenship or an unrestricted right to work in Ireland.

You will lead and supervise nursing and care staff, deliver high-quality care in line with NMBI standards, assess and update care plans with the multidisciplinary team, and contribute to quality improvement. Garda clearance and references are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered General or Psychiatric Nurse on the NMBI register (or eligible for registration).
• Minimum two years’ post-graduate experience, including Senior Staff Nurse or Clinical Nurse Manager level.
• Commitment to CPD (continuous professional development).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Clear commitment to person-centred care.
• Fluent written and spoken English, Garda clearance, and satisfactory professional references.

Responsibilities

Support the Person in Charge / Unit Manager in providing strong clinical and professional leadership

Deliver high-quality, safe, and effective care in accordance with NMBI standards

Ensure care is person-centred, respecting residents’ rights, dignity, and autonomy

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
