Job summary

Bon Secours Health System in Ireland is seeking a Clinical Business Analyst to join the BonsConnect EHR programme, traveling across Cork, Galway, Limerick, Dublin and Tralee as required. You will bridge clinical and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle, analyzing current workflows, defining future-state processes and supporting system build and testing.

You will facilitate training, participate in UAT, and help drive adoption of digital workflows, reporting to the BonsConnect

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in Nursing, Allied Health, or related healthcare discipline.
• Minimum three years' experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare.
• Experience in healthcare informatics and cross-disciplinary stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with EHR projects and clinical workflow transformation.
• Knowledge of BonsConnect or MEDITECH is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse clinical workflows and design future-state processes for BonsConnect.
• Support EHR design, build reviews and configuration with clinical stakeholders.
• Validate system functionality meets clinical requirements and perform UAT.
• Deliver training materials and knowledge transfer; support go-live.
• Engage with clinicians and managers to drive adoption and change.
