Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in County Clare, Ireland. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for running the clinic. They will be responsible for achieving and maintaining clinical targets. They will assess, diagnose, and treat a range of musculoskeletal and movement-related conditions using evidence-based techniques. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing manual therapy and exercise prescriptions, and monitoring patient progress. The role also involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, educating patients on injury prevention and self-management, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals when necessary. The Physiotherapist will contribute to a positive clinic environment, uphold clinical standards, and participate in ongoing learning and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications
  • Recognised degree in Physiotherapy and current eligibility for CORU registration in Ireland.
  • Demonstrated clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and healthcare partners in a respectful, inclusive manner.
  • Ability to manage a clinical caseload, prioritise tasks, and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice, ongoing professional development, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
  • Comfort working independently within a supportive virtual team environment and contributing to a collaborative clinic culture.
  • Previous experience in private practice or outpatient physiotherapy settings is an advantage but not required.
