Job summary

Vald Performance Pty is seeking a Client Success Manager in Dublin to enhance client satisfaction through successful onboarding and ongoing support of VALD technology. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored presentations.

The ideal candidate is a physiotherapist or sports scientist experienced with VALD systems, skilled in communication, organization, and problem-solving. VALD values diversity and inclusion and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Experience using VALD Technology in a current or previous role.
• Ability to understand and address client's perspective and challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to think outside of the box.
• Self-starter comfortable with supporting clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding and ensure successful implementation of VALD systems.
• Build relationships with clients through online and face-to-face interactions.
• Deliver client presentations via Microsoft Teams.
• Track and report activities using SaaS applications.
