Job summary

SEI Investments Dublin is seeking a Supervisor, Fund Accounting to lead NAV production, oversee expense and fee calculations, and govern internal controls. The role includes mentoring analysts, coordinating with clients and SEI teams, and supporting fund launches in a fast-growing operations area.

You will build expertise across fund structures and instruments while ensuring accuracy and timely reporting for UCITS and other funds. A hybrid work pattern is available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Fund operations, including alternative funds.
• Experience with private markets is preferable.
• ACCA qualification is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and client-facing abilities.
• Experience analyzing Trial Balance, GL entries and basic fee calculations.

Responsibilities

• ReviewNAV accuracy and ensure timely NAV delivery.
• Review expense schedules, income, capital activity and fund fees.
• Maintain controls during the NAV production cycle.

This individual will be responsible maintaining and reviewing the accounting books and records of the Funds in the team, including the calculation of the Net Asset Value, preparation of financial statements and regulatory reporting in addition to forging strong internal relationships within their team and client.**What you’ll do:*** Ensure that the review of the Fund’s NAV is accurate and delivered on a timely basis* Responsible for the review of expenses schedules, income calculations, capital activity calculations and fund fee calculations* Ensure the established controls are maintained and followed during the Nav production cycle.* Participate and lead in the preparation and readiness for new Fund launches within your team* Serve as initial point of contact for clients on fund accounting matters pertaining to Nav production* Build a strong relationship within your team and with your client through a conscientious approach to query management and problem resolution* Build a strong relationship with all SEI teams and third-party stakeholders in the Nav Production cycle* Build a strong product knowledge through exposure to complex Fund structures and financial instruments* Supervise, train, coach and mentor analysts on core tasks, systems processing/reporting and procedures* Participate in department initiatives and group projects as appropriate.* Provide input and feedback regarding employees’ ongoing performance / development / performance appraisals**What you bring to the table:*** 4 years + experience in Fund operations with experience in Alternative Funds.
