Job summary

SEI Investments in Ireland seeks an Investment Operations Assistant Manager to oversee a dedicated team handling valuation, pricing, corporate actions and dividend processing. You will ensure accurate trade input and sign-off per control procedures, while driving process efficiency and client service excellence.

The role requires 5+ years in mutual fund accounting, 2+ years of supervision, and strong knowledge of portfolio systems.

Qualifications

• Must have BS in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years mutual fund accounting experience.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory or management experience.
• Knowledge of portfolio accounting systems and database programming (Access, SQL, VBA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily, weekly and monthly sign-off on outputs in accordance with SAS 70 procedures.
• Trade input through automated trading system.
• Monitor day-to-day securities activities including dividends, pricing, and corporate actions.
• Facilitate design and implementation of core efficiencies.
• Create and implement operational standards for the team.
• Assist with staff development and performance reviews.

The Investment Operations team centralizes some of the primary valuation functions across the fund accounting department including pricing, corporate actions, and dividend processing.
