Job summary

Engage People Recruitment is seeking a Client Services Administrator for a financial services organization in our modern Dublin offices.

You will support advisers and clients across pensions, investments and life assurance, manage cases from application through to completion, and ensure records and regulatory requirements are accurate. On-site role with opportunities for professional study and career progression.

Qualifications

• Must be organized and detail-focused with strong prioritization.
• Currently studying towards QFA or willing to pursue it.
• Experience in financial planning or services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage client documentation and keep records up to date.
• Prepare and process client applications for advisers.
• Handle new business cases across pensions, investments and life assurance.
• Track applications from submission to policy issue.
• Liaise with clients, advisers and internal teams by phone and email.
• Provide AML/KYC and compliance support when processing business.
• Offer administrative and operational support to the team.
