Job summary

Willis Towers Watson seeks a Client Service Advisor to manage a portfolio of clients in the Corporate Risk and Broking line. Based in Limerick with hybrid work, you will handle renewals, queries, and mid-term adjustments while delivering high‑quality client service and maintaining insurer relationships.

You will develop client knowledge, identify growth opportunities, and ensure compliance with regulations as you support colleagues and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) qualification or working toward it.
  • Previous experience in insurance broking or within an insurer.
  • Strong client-focused mindset with excellent relationship‑building skills.
  • Proactive approach with initiative and responsibility.
  • Interest in expanding knowledge of the insurance industry and market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform the broking role for an assigned portfolio of clients, managing renewals, claims, mid-term adjustments and all client queries.
  • Deliver excellent client service in a responsive, efficient and friendly manner, ensuring deadlines and service standards are met.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of each client's business, culture and insurance needs.
  • Identify opportunities to grow and enhance existing client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong insurer relationships.
  • Follow procedures for renewals, new business, documentation and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, company and market standards.
  • Participate in internal projects and process improvements.
  • Provide technical support to colleagues on client or placement issues.
  • Collaborate with local and offshore teams as an ambassador for WTW.

Join us as a Client Service Advisor within our Corporate Risk and Broking line of business, based in our Limerick office and working in a hybrid environment.

Within Corporate Risk and Broking, we design innovative insurance programmes for our clients, helping them quantify, mitigate and transfer risk through our specialist industry expertise and deep market knowledge.

We are now seeking a Client Service Advisor to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to manage a portfolio of clients by performing the broking role and delivering a high standard of client service that supports our objectives across Client, Financials, People and Operational Excellence.

The Role

  • Perform the broking role for an assigned portfolio of clients, managing renewals, claims, mid-term adjustments and all client queries.

  • Provide technical support to colleagues, assisting in the resolution of client or placement issues.
  • Build positive working relationships and collaborate effectively with a variety of local and offshore teams.
  • Act as an ambassador for WTW, demonstrating our purpose, values and client-centric culture.
Qualifications

What you'll bring

  • Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) qualification (or working toward completion).
