Join us as a Client Service Advisor within our Corporate Risk and Broking line of business, based in our Limerick office and working in a hybrid environment.

We are now seeking a Client Service Advisor to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to manage a portfolio of clients by performing the broking role and delivering a high standard of client service that supports our objectives across Client, Financials, People and Operational Excellence.
Perform the broking role for an assigned portfolio of clients, managing renewals, claims, mid‑term adjustments and all client queries. Deliver excellent client service in a responsive, efficient and friendly manner, ensuring all deadlines and service standards are consistently met. Develop an in‑depth understanding of each client's business, culture and insurance needs. Identify opportunities to grow and enhance existing client accounts. Build and maintain strong and mutually beneficial insurer relationships. Follow all company procedures for renewals, new business, documentation and administrative processes. Ensure compliance with regulatory, company and market standards at all times. Participate in internal project work and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Provide technical support to colleagues, assisting in the resolution of client or placement issues. Build positive working relationships and collaborate effectively with a variety of local and offshore teams. Act as an ambassador for WTW, demonstrating our purpose, values and client‑centric culture.
