Job summary

WTW Ireland is seeking a Client Service Advisor in Limerick to manage a portfolio of clients in the Corporate Risk and Broking area and deliver high‑quality client service. You will handle renewals, claims, mid‑term adjustments and client queries while building strong insurer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Experience in insurance broking or within an insurer.
  • A strong client‑focused mindset with excellent relationship‑building skills.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to take initiative and responsibility early on.
  • Interest in expanding knowledge of the insurance industry and market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence with IT systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to colleagues, assisting in the resolution of client or placement issues.
  • Build positive working relationships and collaborate effectively with a variety of local and offshore teams.
  • Act as an ambassador for WTW, demonstrating our purpose, values and client‑centric culture.

Join us as a Client Service Advisor within our Corporate Risk and Broking line of business, based in our Limerick office and working in a hybrid environment.

We are now seeking a Client Service Advisor to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to manage a portfolio of clients by performing the broking role and delivering a high standard of client service that supports our objectives across Client, Financials, People and Operational Excellence.

The Role

  • Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) qualification (or working toward completion).
