Job summary

CPL Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Total Talent Solution across client teams in Ireland. You will leverage direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and social media to attract high-quality candidates and fill roles efficiently.

In this client-facing role, you will work closely with the Service Delivery Manager to define hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and manage the recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach through interview coordination and offers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in recruitment/ talent delivery
• Highly organised with proven experience in a busy administration environment
• Experience screening candidates against competencies and/or skillsets
• Proven track record of managing a high volume of candidates throughout recruitment processes
• Ability to adapt to new ATS such as Workday or Greenhouse
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills; PowerPoint for client presentations is advantageous
• Proven track record of meeting SLAs & KPIs
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with people
• Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

• Define hiring needs, processes, and timelines with the Service Delivery Manager and client teams
• Develop a go-to-market narrative to attract talent based on the client EVP
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Utilise networking, referrals, and social media to identify and engage candidates
• Attend weekly operations and periodic review meetings with clients
• Coordinate and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills and qualifications
• Provide regular recruitment progress reports to clients
• Support candidates through the recruitment process
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Stay updated on talent sourcing trends and best practices
• Manage internal recruitment and advertise roles on client website and LinkedIn
• Build relationships with HR, stakeholders, and temps/contractors onsite
